Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Napolitano on Thursday officially launched a DHS-wide initiative to combat human trafficking.
Dubbed the "Blue Campaign," the effort includes more public awareness programs, victim assistance programs, and law enforcement training and initiatives.
As with nearly every new government out reach or awarness program this one to combat human trafficking has its own website at www.dhs.gov/humantrafficking.
