"Tourism Auckland has launched a new advertising campaign highlighting some of Auckland’s best-kept secrets.

The new print and online campaign aims to surprise Aucklanders and domestic travellers with images of little-known jewels of the region. It encourages visitors to stay longer and enjoy the diversity and proximity of the region’s experiences.

Chief executive Graeme Osborne says the campaign is a long-term investment by Tourism Auckland to change perceptions of the destination.

The campaign incorporates print advertising, Tourism Auckland’s website www.aucklandnz.com, e-mail marketing, search engine marketing and billboards. It will also be used internationally in coming months." . . .
