3rd Blue Shipping Summit to take place in Athens

Last year during the 2nd Blue Shipping Summit the question on our minds was: does it make business sense to be environmentally conscious? And the participants discovered that YES it does make sense to be eco-friendly, however not for everyone. The aim of the 3rd Blue Shipping Summit is to analyze all the components of being environmentally friendly and profitable. Does one automatically exclude the other? Many people would argue that YES new regulations will be raising the cost of shipping an ultimately the consumer will pay the price. Others say that it is possible to innovate, stay ahead of the curve and still make money.

This year's Blue Shipping Summit is scheduled to take place on June 11th in Athens to give an answer to the question "Why protecting the Environment makes Good Business Sense?"
