Louis Cruises of Cyprus have just announced an interesting new service involving la Carte dining options, which is set to be launched on board the Louis Majesty and Louis Cristal respectively. This fresh approach is based on the principles of “Thalassa” Restaurants, which will feature traditional Greek and Cypriot dishes skillfully prepared with a modern twist. The a la Carte option will only be available for Dinner and Cruise Guests can expect to pay in the region of 25 euro per person, per meal for this alternative dining opportunity.
The concept was created in association with the popular Greek Celebrity Chef “Christoforos Peskias”, who is widely known in Greek culture for the sophisticated recipes of his new Dinner Menu showcase, which features the crème de la crème of contemporary Mediterranean gourmet cuisine. The theory is to artfully integrate original Greek / Cypriot dishes with modern culinary techniques.
