Tropical Storm Colin Forms in Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has upgraded tropical depression four to a tropical storm named Colin. The NHC says that Colin is moving west through the Atlantic and is expected to gradually head west-northwest towards the Leeward Islands in the next couple of days. According to the NHC's current storm track, it appears Colin will pass to the northeast or Puerto Rico sometime Thursday morning.
