India's environmental minister told the Indian Parliament on Tuesday that oil has stopped leaking from the cargo ship MSC Chitra, which was damaged when it struck another cargo ship as it was arriving at the port of Mumbai on Saturday. While clean-up efforts are underway, crews are also trying to retrieve as a many as 400 containers that may have fallen off the MSC Chitra.
