Early last Friday morning a joint effort by the Border Patrol and the police department of Oceanside Harbor, California prevented 22 foreign nationals from entering the country illegally. The 20 Mexicans, one Guatemalan and one Colombian were arrested as their boat reached the shore at Camp Pendleton.
