On September 9th, 2012 MS Saga Ruby in line with its mystery tour officially dedicated the new cruise destination at the German Baltic Coast.
The Hanseatic and UNESCO World Heritage City of Wismar welcomed about 670 cruise passengers with bright sunshine. The “maiden call” turned out to be a big success and met all expectations.
The foundation of the new cruise company Columbus Cruise Center Wismar GmbH in September of this year received an overall positive response in the entire cruise industry. This is shown not least by the number of calls planned for 2013.
A minimum of three cruise ships, including MS Amadea and MS Deutschland will initially visit the Hanseatic Town of Wismar with its beautiful sights and attractions in the upcoming year.
