LAUTOKA welcomed two cruise ships on Tuesday and with the vessels came hundreds of tourists who flocked to the city and the surrounding areas.
Lautoka Chamber of Commerce administrator Mohammed Salim said the visit injected life into the Sugar City.
"It is rare to have two cruise ships berthed at the same time here in Lautoka. It is a blessing to many businesses," he said.
"The last cruise ship that berthed at this wharf was four months back and this kind of visit will do well for businesses."
