Gerry Herrod’s new cruise venture, Voyages of Antiquity will start a series of classically themed Mediterranean cruises in 2010 with its newly refitted 382 passenger capacity Aegean Odyssey (ex Narcis, Aegean Dolphin and Aegean I). The vessel is currently undergoing an 18 month refit in Piraeus, which includes the fitting of 42 new balcony cabins and 16 single cabins, as well as an extra restaurant.

Aegean Odyssey’s inaugural season features nine 14-night itineraries with the first departing Piraeus on 3 May 2010 with calls at Nauplia, Monemvasia, two ports in Crete, Santorini, Rhodes, Delos, Mykonos, Samos, Kusadasi, Canakkale and Istanbul.
